most is connecting with my policyholders and educating them on what insurance really means and how it can really benefit them. I have an extensive back ground in customer service, and I bring those tools with me into every interaction that I have with a policyholder or a potential client. When I worked as a cashier for a large retail store, I found that talking to every customer, and asking one single question “How Are You Today?” was a great way to open the door to a great conversation and a real connection; and it also helped me break out of my shell as well.
Some of my favorite activities are reading a good book before bed, yoga & meditation in the mornings, and hanging out at my favorite coffee shop on the weekends while enjoying conversation with the locals in the area. I am believer of “Everything Happens for a Reason” and “We Choose our Own Path”. To me, life is a multitude of grey’s, with nothing ever being just black or white. I believe life is easier when it is looked at as “and” instead of “or”.
